I would like it if there was a place to input the amount of hours slept instead of a slide bar. Also I would really like to track what time I went to sleep. That way I can keep track of when and how long Im sleeping. The app isnt bad though.
Useful, especially if you like to keep notes for a sleep journal. With more sophisticated and detailed charting I would rate this app 5 stars.
It gets the job done. I agree with others that the slider is too sensitive and it would be nice to have the graph include a line for quality of sleep. Maybe a simple check box for sleeping through the night would be great. But overall Im pleased. The relatively simple interface makes it easy to fill in as soon as I wake up, even before Ive had my coffee.
The hour slide WAS NOT SENSITIVE. All I wish for is a checklist because i had sleep paralysis and i wanted to mark it but thats ok. GET THIS APP!
This was the first app I ever paid for and Im already regretting it. It freezes literally everytime I use it and I have to exit and reopen only for it to freeze unexpectedly again. Can I get a reimbursement or get the app fixed..?
I like the log and it has been very helpful. I cant seem to be able to look back at my notes as a whole and correlate with days and times. When imputing the daily info, the log wants me to always be a day ahead. Otherwise a helpful tool.
The app is simple, which I like. What I dont like is that you can only log in hours once a day. You cannot save multiply entries (for naps).
Waste of a download. There isnt even a way to put in how many hours you slept or to rate your sleep. The questions show up but there are no slider bars or anything. The input screen is completely non-responsive. The notes portion works but thats pretty much it.
